Chief Executive Officer
Kate Hale has over 40 years of experience in commercial construction and financial industries. Early in her career, Kate managed large commercial banking portfolios for several private sector businesses. In 1993, she joined Southwest Vault Builders, and spent over 25 years in numerous positions, including Vice President. Today she leads Structured Building Solutions and is responsible for its significant growth in revenue and market share. She has direct oversight and supervisory responsibilities for all aspects of the company to include sales, operations, human resources, and safety and compliance. She prides herself on her customer first approach, loving her job and her amazing staff!
Chief Operating Officer
Scott Dugan recently transitioned to the private sector after a highly successful 30 year career as an executive level leader for the Department of the Navy. He is a retired Navy Captain who commanded one of the Navy’s most advanced guided missile destroyers and the Navy’s largest schoolhouse on the west coast. He brings his proven record of program level successes, positive organization wide impacts, and steadfast leadership to Structured Building Solutions (SBS). He is directly responsible for all aspects of the company to include operations, sales, finance, and vendor and customer relations. Excited to be part of the construction material sales, he looks forward to ensuring SBS is always your #1 source of FRP and insulation!
Director of Sales
Mary Bolanz has over 20 years of experience in commercial construction. As the previous Director of Sales for Southwest Vault Builders, she was directly responsible for the company being a recipient of the Dow Building Solutions Top 25 Inner Circle Award and a top five distributor of Glasteel Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FPR). These achievements symbolizes her industry expertise and commitment to customers. Today she directly responsible for Structured Building Solutions being one of the nation's top distributors of Dow insulation and Glasteel FRP. Her efforts and that of her trained sales staff are focused on selling quality construction materials at competitive with world class customer service.
Paula serves as our Officer Manager and is responsible for office maintenance and supplies, bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, and product inventory. She is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan and also enjoys baking and spending time with her family.
Michael Dalton has over 10 years of experience in commercial construction. In his previous positions, he was responsible for all areas of warehouse operations to include product storage, order processing, product shipment, transportation and construction equipment. Today he leads Structured Building Solutions in sales and product ordering, while providing expert product knowledge and superior customer service. He is also trained as the company's Safety Officer, responsible for compliance with all local, state and federal safety laws and regulations.
Erika came to SBS with high aspirations with an extensive background in communications. She graduated as salutatorian from Kimball High School where she earned honors in English, Calculus and was an exclusive member of the Academy of Hospitality and Tourism. She enjoys playing volleyball, watching horror movies, and is an avid reader of all genres of books. She makes it a daily goal to provide pristine customer service to all clients and speaks fluent Spanish. She is someone you want on your team.
Cameren has several years of customer service experience and believes building positive relationships with customers is the key to success. He enjoys debating, soccer, video games, and spending time with friends and family. Cameren looks forward to answering all of your product questions and earning your business each and every day!
Shay comes to SBS with 10+ years of experience in the customer service/sales industry and truly believes in putting customers first. She enjoys camping and being outdoors, volunteering for various organizations, and loves her miniature poodle, Reaper. She is a strong believer in that gratitude is the key to life. On the weekends you can usually find her at the farmers market or with family. She looks forward to providing you outstanding customer service!
Jimmy Hamilton - As the Logistics Manager, Jimmy is responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations to include inventory management, safety compliance, receipt and delivery of products, driver scheduling, and vehicle maintenance. Jimmy enjoys horror movies, video games, and spending time with his family.
Angel has been a driver for over 5 years. He strives daily to deliver our quality products in a safe and prompt manner. He enjoys professional football and is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.
Damarcus has over fifteen years of experience in the service industry and over 4 years experience as a driver/warehouse staff. He is one of the most positive people you will meet. His goal is to provide on time delivery to our valued customers. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
