Insulated Concrete Board
ProGUARD DP®Insulated Concrete Board is a unique next generation building product designed for both commercial and residential applications. It is a light-weight, durable, ready to finish insulated concrete board that attaches to structural studs or concrete walls. By putting the insulation on the outside of the assembly, heat transfer through the studs or concrete (structural/substrate materials) is greatly reduced and the thermal efficiency of the wall system significantly increased.
Non-Structural Concrete Insulated Sheathing
ProGUARD® Concrete Insulated Sheathing wall panels consist of a lightweight non-structural, impact-resistant concrete backerboard sheet laminated to a continuous layer of rigid insulation providing a wall system that installs faster than conventional building techniques.
ProGUARD® Concrete Insulated Sheathing Panels also provide superior thermal protection with shiplapped edges that eliminate thermal breaks, which meet ASHRAE 90.1 Continuous Insulation requirements. All joints are sealed with acrylic waterproofing and fiberglass mesh, providing an airtight seal.
Concrete Faced Insulated Perimeter Wall Panels
WallGUARD® insulates and protects areas from just below grade to where your heat lost begins around the exposed area of your building foundation. Around the slab edge or rim joist is an area that can account for 10% or more of your total heat loss. WallGUARD stops that heat loss and provides a durable latex modified concrete finish that can stand up to accidental impact. WallGUARD comes standard in a gray concrete, but can be coated on-site to provide a color or texture match to your exterior design features.
WallGUARD is manufactured using Styrofoam extruded polystyrene insulation, with a factory-applied 5/16-inch latex-modified concrete coating. Panels are 2’x4′ with tongue-and-groove edges on the 4′ length. WallGUARD comes in either 2″ (R-10) or 3″ (R-15) thicknesses of Styrofoam and is attached with a hidden clip system that is provided with each pallet of product.
Insulating Drainage Panels
ThermaDRY 2’x8′ Insulating Drainage Panels are manufactured using 2″ Dow Styrofoam extruded polystyrene or expanded polystyrene, with one side having vertical and horizontal channels cut into the panel and a factory-applied filter fabric adhered over the channels. The spunbonded geotextile filtration fabric helps prevent soil from entering and clogging the drainage channels. This fabric also overlaps the sides and ends of the panels. This prevents the edge channels from being clogged at the panel joints.
ThermaDRY Insulating drainage panels come in three types – Type 750, Type 1250 and Type 1750. Each can be used to full advantage in varied structures other than basements or foundation walls. They can be used to drain, insulate and protect bridge abutments, retaining walls, earth-sheltered structures, culverts, lagging or forms. Types 1250 and 1750 can also be used for horizontal applications, such as Plaza Decks.
