Kate Hale

Kate Hale brings over 40 years of experience in the commercial construction and financial industries. Early in her career, she managed large commercial banking portfolios for private-sector businesses before joining Southwest Vault Builders in 1993. Over the next 25 years, she held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President. Today, as the head of Structured Building Solutions, Kate oversees company growth, sales, operations, human resources, safety, and compliance. She’s known for her customer-first approach and takes great pride in her work, her team, and the company’s success.
