Scott Dugan recently transitioned to the private sector after a distinguished 30-year career as an executive leader in the Department of the Navy. A retired Navy Captain, he commanded one of the Navy’s most advanced guided missile destroyers and its largest schoolhouse on the West Coast. He brings a proven record of program success, organizational impact, and steadfast leadership to Structured Building Solutions (SBS). Scott now oversees operations, sales, finance, and vendor and customer relations.
